Lake Washington School District uses ParentSquare to keep school communications simple and flexible, giving families the option to receive information by email, text, and/or app notifications.

• District: ParentSquare is used for district-wide announcements, such as school closures, district events or initiatives, letters from the superintendent, and other important updates.

• Rockwell: The school uses ParentSquare for weekly update emails, school announcements, and communication with administrators and staff.

• Teachers: ParentSquare is the main hub for parent-teacher communication. In addition to posting weekly newsletters or all-class messages, teachers may use it to post sign-ups for field trip chaperones, classroom help, and other volunteer opportunities here.
