Rockwell proudly presents 6th Annual School Spelling Bee!
Rockwell Spelling bee is organized into 2 rounds. The first round involves a written test (multiple choice). The
top spellers from the written test will be selected to enter into the Final Round. In the Final round, every participant will be given a word to spell out loud. Each correctly spelled word earns a chance to the next round. The bee continues until just one speller remains! The champion of our school Spelling Bee will advance to the Regional Spelling bee.
The Regional Spelling Bee winner will receive an all-expense-paid trip to Washington, D.C. to compete in the 2017 Scripps National Spelling Bee!
There will be grade level prizes as well, including certificates and gift certificates!
MOCK BEE will be held once a month in the school library. This session will provide students with important
tips and help practice for the Final School Spelling Bee.
