Celebrating Rockwell’s Super Staff! On Friday March 16 th , we will be celebrating all Teacher and Staff Birthdays that fall between January and June.  If you are able to help or drop off a food item, please sign up. Used book donations - drop them off anytime in the library!
Save Those Used Books! Read-a-Thon Starts February 26th: Need Parent consent for Readers   This year's Read-a-thon (RAT) event at Rockwell will take place February 26-March 9th to coincide with Read Across America Day, March 2nd. Rockwell’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA) has a responsibility to enrich each student’s academic experience beyond the basic education funded by Lake Washington School District (LWSD) provides. Why does PTA ask for $85 per student? $83 for in-class enrichment + $21 additional school benefits + $7 administrative fees= $111 actual per student cost* As you can see, each student and teacher benefits from your $85 contribution per year.
