5th GRADE PROMOTION CHAIRS/TEAM NEEDED

*Traditionally 4th grade (& below) parents

Each school year, a small committee of 4th grade parents and staff get together to plan for a wonderful end-of-year send-off to our fifth graders. The plans include creating special banners for each graduate (the committee simply helps create the blank template with each graduate's name on it), setting up the gym the day before graduation to post all of the banners and set up the stage, order the cake and waters, and help serve the cake and support the event on graduation day (typically from 9:00am-11am). It's a very easy and fun way to help support a very special event for our fifth graders.
